CLAIM A REBATE FOR YOUR CONTACT LENSES FROM YOUR HEALTH FUND

People who are members of health funds may be able claim a rebate on prescription contact lenses. All prescription contact lens purchases will be issued an itemised receipt with a provider number which members of participating health funds may take to their health fund to claim in store or online (some health funds only).
